Mr. Williams is the founder and Executive Director of Black Leaders and Allies Collaborative. He is the developer and chief facilitator of "EuroCentric Cultural Reflectionism (ECCR), is a licensed and ordained minister, with certification in teaching and communications, and 25+ years experience as a certified life coach and rehabilitation counselor.

He is a great grand father, an avid golfer, published author, and pilot, who in his spare time enjoys motorcycle riding, woodworking, and landscaping.
