Dr. Khuram Hussain is an Associate Professor of Education Studies and the Vice President for Equity & Inclusion at Middlebury College. With a PhD in Cultural Foundations of Education and extensive experience as a dialogue facilitator, trainer, and consultant, he has earned significant recognition for his work on diversity and equity  from organizations such as the NAACP and the U.S. Armed Forces.

As a co-founder of Tools for Social Change (TFSC), he has led initiatives promoting equity and inclusion, including collaborative projects with the U.S. Department of Justice to sustain Geneva’s Community Compact between communities of color and law enforcement. Khuram's research focuses on re-imagining schooling for culturally responsive, community-oriented, democratic learning. He has published numerous journal articles, and his book, Weapons for Minds: Visual Thought in Muhammad Speaks, 1960–1975, is under contract with Johns Hopkins University Press.

Dirrick Williams is the founder and Executive Director of “Black Leaders and Allies Collaborative” (BLAAC), the developer and Chief facilitator of Euro-Centric Cultural Reflectionism (ECCR). and the chief developer of the Incident Reporting Information System (IRIS).  Dirrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry Development, a certificate in Teaching & Communication, certification as a drug and alcohol rehabilitation counselor, a Certified Life Coach, and a licensed and ordained minister.

Dirrick is the author & founder of the personal growth program “Principle Living” and author of “Don’t Be Just Another Brick in the Wall.” He is a sought-after inspirational speaker, columnist, Radio talk show host, and community activist.
